The Back-Story

 Hey there! My name is Amara Gilraine and I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. I competed in Strongman and Powerlifting back in my stronger days and have always had a love for movement. My strength journey started as a way to help recover from an eating disorder that I almost died from in my early 20's.  **TW: I will be talking a lot about my experience recovering from an Eating Disorder on this blog. I won't ever go into detail, and I promise to do my best to only share the absolutely essential information for context.
